Tara Blaise是爱尔兰民歌手，她是家里六个小孩中最大的。Tara在伦敦出生，三岁时随父母移居爱尔兰，在Aughrim的群山连绵的County Wicklow长大。年轻时学习戏剧和世界音乐，后来去爱尔兰皇家音乐学院深造。
  她和一些同学后来组合了一个乐队叫Les Legumes，然后16岁的Tara开始了她的演唱生涯。但是后来她在一个Dublin乐队The Wilde Oscars里当候补歌手时才渐渐被注意。在EMI的一张专辑中Tara被广受好评，随后她又和著名音乐人John Hughes合作了一张专辑《Wild Ocean》。






这首《Dancing In The Wind》就出自这张专辑，歌词是Tara写的，灵感来自一首的诗，这是一首优美飘逸的爱尔兰天籁，听着让人觉得很舒服，其中夹杂着海浪声，Tara的声音就好像一阵轻柔的海风，把烦恼都吹走了，乐评人评价她虽然长得纤弱，但是却能唱得如此大气，实在是了不起。
