美国乡村民谣《Jambalaya》（什锦菜）大约是上世纪4、50年代的作品，这首歌的背景是在美国南部密西西比河流域，叙述一群移居美国的法国后裔仍保持其传统的庆祝活动。其中以Karen Carpenter重新演唱的这首歌最为知名，她将这首歌演唱得节奏欢快，朗朗上口，颇具浪漫甜蜜的气息。有两首歌让我一听就开心，一首是P.威廉姆斯的《Happy》，一首是这个。
原唱是美国歌手汉克.威廉姆斯，可是他的唱法太古老了，我不喜欢，没有收录。
小野丽莎翻唱我也很喜欢，秉承其一贯的爵士风格，干净自然，扎心蚀骨，让我无力抵抗，亦无心设防。
中文版歌曲叫《小冤家》--小冤家，你干嘛，像个傻瓜...大眼薇唱过，我就...不收了...
