Sousenkyo 2018 Top 3 is JKT48's third original digital download card single. The single features more badly transcoded files for 2018's JKT48 Top 3 (Cindy, Shani, Sinka), where they got choose their own units or a solo for a song as an election prize. For the first time, JKT48 release covers from AKB48's soloists and sub-units singles. The download card also included a download of a photo pack of the units.

A digital general release of the single was released on May 3, 2019 under the title JKT48 5th Sousenkyo Special Unit.
