The Essex Green – Everything Is Green



The Cannibal Sea是The Essex Green乐队的第三张full-length专辑，
其实这又是一个Side Project，乐队的三名成员分别来自于 The Lad
ybug Transistor和The Sixth Great Lake。

乍看专辑名称，以为风格走向会是迷幻或者阴暗的，因为cannibal的意思其实是食人族，听完整张才知道这不过是一种暂时的释放和逃离，不乏天真顽皮的成分。整张专集始终给人一种花团锦簇的感觉，就好象春天里的花园和草地，开满了鲜花，五颜六色，人们则脱掉笨重的棉衣在草地上戏耍。

压抑的城市生活太过单调，于是一些天马行空的奇思妙想也就成为了调剂心情
的必需，The Cannibal Sea让人想起的是悠闲自在的田园生活和用想象力制
造的冒险经历，透着浓浓的Ballad和Indie Country的气息，双主唱的嗓音颇
动听，不过相比较而言更喜欢Sasha Bell清甜可爱的声音















有着行云流水般的吉他，欢快的节奏，再加上男女的和声、交替演唱
所有歌曲都十分悦耳，清新自然，没有丝毫的矫柔造作
