Phoenix is the fourth release from Zebrahead on Sony Music Entertainment, and the successor to Broadcast to the World (2006). The album will be released in Japan in July, USA and Europe in August, and released in Canada, South America, and Australia shortly afterwards. 'Mental Health' will be the first single and the music video will be released a few weeks before the album is released. The album leaked to filesharing sites on June 25th. Some of the songs in the leaked version are in incorrect order.

乐队一开始是由主唱兼吉他手及前Once There乐队成员Justin Mauriello，前409乐队成员现在吉他手Greg Bergdorf，前3-Ply乐队成员现贝司手Ben Osmundson及同样是前409乐队成员现鼓手Ed Udhus组建
不过目前乐队的主要成员则是主唱Ali Tabatabaee，吉他手Matty Lewis，鼓手Ed Udhus，贝司手Ben Osmundson以及吉他手Greg Bergdorf
