   Jem, 全名为Jemma Griffiths，作为一名创作女歌手，虽然目前只发行了两张专辑，但其歌曲的传唱度极高，2004年的《Finally Woken》（如梦初醒）作为其首张专辑，成绩斐然，打入过英国榜第六，同时专辑中多首歌曲被应用于欧美热门电影，电视剧，广告中，“Come On Closer”让人充分了解了Jem的歌风和声线，而这首歌也被作为电影〈Closer>的宣传歌曲，至于“Just A Ride”则被多部美剧用作插曲。
   两首单曲均选自第二张专辑《Down to Earth》（重返人间），可听性不错。“It's Amazing”（如此神奇）以钢琴配合鼓点，结束部分的小号加入，情绪激昂，此歌也收入在了《Sex and the City》（欲望都市）电影原声碟中；“I Always Knew”旋律优美，相当耐听，值得一提的是，Jem很多歌都揭示出社会现实中的种种问题，并且予以幽默的语气描述，不可否认的是Jem对自己也拥有远大的抱负，《I Always Knew》这首歌中将这种志向表现得淋漓尽致。（英文歌词如下）
