David Lanz - Christmas Eve



David Lanz是Narade旗下最元老的艺人之一，来自于西北太平洋岸的西雅图市。
David Lanz从小就有学习音乐，1970年就开始在酒吧表演，自己也写一些曲子。
他於1983年在Narada发行首张亏专辑《Heartstone》，85年他向妻子Alicia求婚之后作了一张专辑，曲目由妻子命名《Nightfall》，88年发表的《Cristofori's Dream》是他最成功的作品，乃为纪念十七世纪末义大利的钢琴发明家Bartolomeo Cristofori所作的，曾经登上New Age排行榜冠军宝座述廿七週，並在榜內停留近兩年之久。接下來发行的双CD专辑《Skyline Firedance》也是David Lanz作品中一个重要的里程碑，七首作品分別以钢琴版与交响乐版的不同风味灌录。
在1991年发行的《Return to the Heart》里，Lanz又恢復到钢琴独奏。在1993年发行的《Bridge of Dreams》中，Lanz首次献声在专辑里。在过去的十年里，兰Lanz始终保持着作品非常高产的特点，比如1994年重新编排的这张《Christmas Eve》，还有1996年发行的《Sacred Road》和两年后发行的《Songs from an English Garden》，再接着出版了《An Evening with David Lanz》（1999），而《East of the Moon》也在一年之后出版 。《Spirit Romance》是David Lanz在2005年的发行，与Gary Stroutsos合作的较新专辑。
