Evan Bluetech，简称 Bluetech，是一个以创作电子音乐为主的音乐制作人，音乐风格以 Downtempo 与 Ambient music  为主。但他的音乐风格也是多样化的，所以也会在他创作的作品中听到更多不同类型和风格的音乐。2003年，在 Truffle Records 推出了他的第一首单曲和第一张专辑《Prima Materia 本草纲目》，从此，他一直很幸运，有机会连续推出更多的作品。2004年，在他朋友的帮助下，进入 Native State Records 唱片公司旗下，后面的专辑都是在这家公司发行的。
