The Corries是個蘇格蘭地區的民謠團體，於60年代早期民謠復興之後成立。兩位主成員是 Roy Williamson 和 Ronnie Browne。Roy Williamson是1936年出生於愛丁堡(Edinburgh)。從小表現出很好的音樂天份，1955年遇到了Ronnie Browne，兩人的友誼從此展開超過三十餘年。70年代早期是Corries最風光的日子，幾張專輯都在蘇格蘭的前五十大排行榜之列。
