On April 23, Motorhead will drop a live album entitled Louder Than Noise… Live in Berlin on CD/DVD, vinyl and digital formats. Louder Than Noise… Live in Berlin was recorded nine years ago, December 5, 2012 at the Berlin Velodrom during the band’s “Kings of The Road Tour.”I began listening to live Motorhead back in the ’80s. Motorhead had completed their tour for Orgasmatron with the Cro Mags in the support slot. I was an avid tape trader in the scene back then, and as soon as these recordings became available, I acquired them.Even on a bootleg, second- or third-generation cassette tape, live Motorhead was phenomenal. A few months later, I bought No Sleep ‘Till Hammersmith.
