彼拉提斯（英语：Pilates，英语发音：/pɨˈlɑːtiːz/，德语： [piˈlaːtəs]），中国大陆多翻译为普拉提或普拉提斯，是由德国人约瑟夫·皮拉提斯（Joseph Pilates）在二十世纪发展的体适能（Physical fitness）运动。
约瑟夫·皮拉提斯为他开发的这项运动，由英语：Control（控制）创造了一个新字 英语：Contrology，因为他相信，这项运动的核心，就在于对肌肉的控制。

随着现代社会的发展，普拉提（Pilates）不断进行了一些人性化的改善，融入了瑜珈、太极拳、芭蕾形体的一些理念以及教练个性化的内容，普拉提的训练方式是遵循运用自身体重、多次数、小重量以及冥想的运动原则，训练时的呼吸方式为鼻吸口呼，是针对肌肉形态、关节等外在的一种训练，它的训练目的是通过改变人体肌肉功能从而改善人体脊柱腰椎等的功能。
