      We Shot The Moon是一支来自加州San Diego的流行摇滚乐队.乐队由现已解散的乐队Walking Ashland的前主唱Jonathan Jones酝酿组建而成.当其在2007年7月宣布退出乐坛时,Jonathan仍然坚持创作歌曲以期望继续他的音乐生涯,从而We Shot The Moon也由此而生.
     2007年8月,乐队进入Orange County的录音室开始致力于乐队名为 Polar Bear and Cougar的首张EP专辑.Jonathan得到了他的朋友Dan Koch和 Joe Greenetz的帮助,他们都来自Sherwood乐队,帮助进行了创作和录制歌曲.Michael Rosas和Dan Koch也合作制作了这张EP专辑.
    We Shot The Moon目前正在全美开展巡演.他们计划于2007年秋季发行他们的EP专辑,并已宣布他们的完整大碟会在2008年春天上 架销售.
