  作为Absolutely Kosher公司旗下的一名唱作人, Chris Garneau原先在布鲁克林进行他的音乐事业. 他是经由Jamie Stewart推荐而进入公司的. (Jamie Stewart的乐队Xiu Xiu也是在Absolutely Kosher公司的旗下.) Garneau从五岁就开始弹奏钢琴. Music for Tourists是他的首张个人专辑. 专辑的曲风缓慢而略带悲伤. 在稀疏的旋律中,Garneau的假音显得轻盈而通透.
但却丝毫没有生涩的感觉，
相反，歌曲散发的魅力是很有深蕴的，足可以让人沉醉。
