Hugo Strasser is the german answer to Victor Sylvester. Dance tunes as always in a strict tempo. From 1955 till 1996 Hugo Strasser and his orchestra has made many many dance-albums and this particular album from 1983 was recorded in the best possible quality (DMM-mastering=Direct Metal Mastering) for that time.
Especially the Latin tunes are worth listening. The trumpet solo by Etienne Cap in Tea for Two is fabulous ! Enjoy Hugo Strasser !!
