2 Get Up Get Out - The Rosebuds


The Rosebuds是来自美国北卡的独立摇滚乐队，成立于2003年，现在固定成员有男Ivan Howard和女Kelly Crisp。两人相识在北卡的大学中，后来同鼓手Billy Alphin一起组成了The Rosebuds，在发行了一张demo后被厂牌Merge看中成为旗下一员，并很快发行了处女专辑The Rosebuds Make Out。随后Alphin离开乐队，补充了Jonathan Bass参加公司的巡演活动，并在此期间发了6首歌的EP——The Rosebuds Unwind。在2005年，乐队再接再厉发行了第二张专辑Birds Make Good Neighbors。不错的商业成就使得公司对其另眼相加，在公司的支持下，乐队不断扩充实力，并在今年终于发行了他们的第三张专辑Night Of The Furies。
总的来说，The Rosebuds还是有他们实力的，他们的成功也并不是偶然。就像他们的名字一样(Rosebud在美语中为“初入社会的少女”)，这种无所谓的创新精神和略显羞涩的乐风的确会让人莫名其妙的喜欢上。
