The Gray Havens are an indie pop duo from Crystal Lake, IL. The group is comprised of Dave and Licia Radford. Yes, they are married, as of August 2012.
Their songs are a unique blend of symbolic, lyrical narratives set to melodies heavily influenced by jazz, all placed on top of pop guitar and piano accompaniments.
The duo successfully funded their project through Kickstarter in the spring of 2012, began recording in June, and finished mastering the EP at the end of the year. The album officially released on January 25th.
