"wrote the song 'Falls and Rises' from the perspective of an observer. Much the same as a child who sits in wonder staring into the expansive heavens, watching stars shoot across the sky. As an observer of this, it left me feeling breathless, much like I remember feeling as a kid watching the stars. But this is the stage that is the set for our lives. Set between the falling and rising of love. And ultimately, the story of true love unfolds as falling willingly for the ones you love. And in the fall there is a rising. A redemption. A hope that breathes life into the dead fall. This is the kind of love that is as brilliant as the sun. This is a kind of love that burns like a fire. But see, friends, I find myself having spent most my time here chasing after a shadow. Chasing after sparks. So, this song, this idea of 'Falls and Rises' is a canvas.
