     简介
    1992年9月，邓良平等人在中山大学创办了一本有声杂志《音乐天堂》（Music Heaven），宗旨是推荐欧美热门上榜好歌。到了1994年，这本非正式出版的《音乐天堂》单期能卖200，000册。
    《音乐天堂》从1992年创刊至2006年休刊，共出版近百期杂志及增刊，是国内最早普及欧美流行音乐的有声刊物，为广大音乐爱好者提供了无数欧美音乐精神食粮，在中国欧西乐迷心中享有崇高地位。在那个资料匮乏的年代，《音乐天堂》为中国欧美音乐爱好者们刻画了一条清晰的从无到有的道路。
基本上，"有音乐的地方就有天堂"，有大学生的地方就有"音乐天堂"。1994年，也是"打口青年"的黄金时代，打口碟培养了乐迷无比广泛的音乐兴趣和巨大音乐食量，只用了几年，欧美音乐近百年的潮流就被鲸吞且消化了：中国乐迷渊博的学识，随时可以牛逼哄哄地把老外吓一大跳。
《音乐天堂》自创刊以来，不断以介绍欧美音乐文化为己任，在广大青少年以及大学校园里享有非常高的声誉。音乐天堂草创时期一切都是因陋就简，包含了少量的音乐评论，在更多情况下主要是对歌手的介绍，以及歌曲的背景资料。全书为中国音乐爱好者们刻画了一条清晰的从无到有的道路。在那个资料全无的时代，人们是多么渴望音乐，多么希望听到更多更美妙的歌曲。那是一个值得怀念的时候，包含了当年人们的热爱、激情、梦想。

　　第一期的封面是一片蓝盈盈的海，这是一盘适合带到海边吹着风听的歌带。格外喜欢里面的「Wind Flowers」和「Tears In Heaven」静静地忧伤着。其他的歌也好「Everything I Do I Do It For You」被那略带沙哑的嗓音演绎的恰倒好处；不知道是不是杂志社的人特别喜欢Michael Jackson，一盒带里就收录了他的两首歌「Black or White」、「Heal the World」后一首尤其称的上经典。——品园百合
