来自Las Vegas的5人Post-Hardcore乐队，是2000年由Ronnie Radke (vocals)和Max Green (bass)发起，之后一直默默无闻，乐队转机是在2005年为My Chemical Romance巡演做暖场时被Epitaph看中，并随后发行了EP《There's No Sympathy For The Dead》。Escape The Fate与同来自相同城市的The Killers和Panic!
